Progressive Human Resources Consulting Career Counseling Segment (CCS) offers individual career counseling, career management workshops, resume writing, and interview preparation workshops for job seekers.

 

As companies access their HR capability and realize the obstacles of what is now the highly competitive, global marketplace, they are electing to outsource many of its major HR activities in an attempt to save cost, and become more efficient.   PHRC can be an alternative solution for all of your HR needs.

OUR CEO

Timothy Parker is a highly skilled HR Professional and Recruiter with over two decades of experience in the Human Resources and Consulting field working with large corporations, financial institutions, and small businesses.   As a professional in Human Resources Management, he is able to assess an organization's issue and cope with change in a systematic, cost-effective manner. He also uses formal education and Business Process Quality Improvement training to optimize the capabilities of an organization.

 

Timothy has worked with companies large and small and across all industry lines in Human Resources.  He has the ability to identify the root cause of a problem and determine the best needs from a human resources and organization perspective. Timothy's style and straightforward manner make it easy for him to adapt to various environments and management styles. He also has an innate ability to translate complicated human resources theory into ideas and practices that are easy for others to understand and use.
